GLK Construction Management & Consulting LLC provides independent construction-management consulting, owner-side advisory support, pre-construction intelligence, document review, and related services within the scope of an accepted engagement.
Advisory, not licensed design or construction work
Unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise and the service is legally authorized, GLK is not acting as a general contractor, architect, professional engineer, surveyor, building-code official, inspector, appraiser, environmental professional, attorney, accountant, tax advisor, investment advisor, broker, or insurer.
GLK does not control a contractor’s means, methods, sequencing, workforce, or site safety; sign or seal designs; issue a code certification; pull permits; contract with subcontractors; or guarantee project performance under an advisory-report engagement.
Information limits
Website content, conversations before engagement, estimates, benchmarks, reports, and recommendations depend on the information, access, assumptions, scope, and date identified. Unless expressly included, GLK does not independently verify all client-provided information or perform field, destructive, technical, legal, or regulatory testing.
Construction costs, schedules, site conditions, markets, contractor availability, financing, regulations, designs, and approvals change. No statement is a guarantee of savings, price, schedule, feasibility, approval, financing, safety, code compliance, contractor performance, investment return, or absence of defects.
Your decisions and professional team
You remain responsible for your project and decisions. Before acting, obtain advice and verification from appropriately licensed local professionals, which may include an architect, professional engineer, contractor, surveyor, inspector, environmental consultant, attorney, accountant, insurance professional, or financial advisor.
No third party may rely on a GLK Deliverable unless GLK signs a separate reliance letter identifying that party and purpose.
